Summer Events
Warm Weather Fun in the Village
National Night Out
Our biggest summer event! Food trucks roll in, the pool is open, and the whole community comes together for an evening of fun. National Night Out promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie — Westminister Village style, with great food and even better company.
Ice Cream Social
Cool off poolside with complimentary ice cream treats! A sweet neighborhood get-together where families gather at the Westminister pool for an afternoon of frozen treats, conversation, and summer fun. A favorite tradition for kids and adults alike.
Community by the Pool Gathering
Neighbors come together poolside for a relaxed afternoon of food, music, and good company. Neighbors bring dishes to share, enjoy the pool, and new friendships form over the grill. One of the best ways to meet your neighbors and enjoy our beautiful amenity area.

Yard of the Month
Each month the HOA recognizes a homeowner who goes above and beyond in maintaining a beautiful yard. Winners receive a yard sign displayed proudly in their front lawn. It's a friendly way to celebrate the pride our residents take in their homes and keep our community looking its best.

Year-Round Neighbor Gatherings
Bingo Night
Grab your daubers and head to the clubhouse! Bingo Night brings neighbors together for an evening of friendly competition, laughs, and prizes. A great way to spend time with neighbors of all ages in a fun, relaxed setting.
Neighborhood Lemonade Stand
Nothing says community like our youngest residents setting up shop! Kids in the neighborhood run lemonade stands that bring smiles, sips, and a whole lot of charm. A heartwarming reminder of why Westminister Village is such a special place to grow up.
Community Marketplace
Our vendor marketplace brings local artisans, food vendors, and small businesses into the heart of the community. A great opportunity to discover talented neighbors, sample local fare, and support small businesses right in our backyard.
Community Yard Sale
Coming soon! Residents set up in their driveways for a neighborhood-wide yard sale. One person's clutter is another's treasure. A fun way to declutter, meet neighbors, and find great deals without leaving the community.

Christmas Market
