The Westminister Village HOA is proudly self‑governed — no corporate management company. A team of resident volunteers serves on the Board of Directors, conducting regular working sessions to oversee community operations, maintenance, and planning. Residents are encouraged to share questions or concerns by contacting the Board directly.
Our focus is simple: preserve the beauty of our shared spaces and strengthen the sense of community that makes Westminister Village special. We maintain and enhance beautifully landscaped common areas throughout the neighborhood.
Beyond maintenance, we believe community is built through connection. Our leadership team regularly hosts social events—such as bunko nights, bingo, seasonal festivals, and more—to bring neighbors together and foster lasting relationships.
