Our spacious clubhouse is available by reservation only for private events, birthday parties, family gatherings, and community celebrations. Access is provided via the August Smart Lock app after your reservation is approved. Features include:

- Four 6-foot long tables provided
- 35 chairs provided
- Climate controlled year-round

Our community pool is the heart of summer fun at Westminister Village. Open seasonally from early May through the end of September, the pool offers a refreshing escape with:
- Large swimming pool with ample deck space
- Separate shallow and deep end areas
- Comfortable lounge seating
- Shaded areas for relaxation
- Gated access via key card or Verkada Pass app
- No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk
- Children under 16 require adult supervision
- Regularly maintained and inspected
